Clarke Broome, Patriot

Clarke Broome, like Jack Dawson, is a true patriot.

While Jack & Clarke haven't met, I'm pretty sure that Clarke would like the values and the principles espoused by Dawson. You can see exactly what Dawson believes from his many paintings and drawings. Here's an example of the image Jack posted this past Memorial Day:

Clarke Broome | Jack Dawson's Picture Reviewing the Troops

It's called "Reviewing the Troops". George Washington is saluting the troops of past and present wars. It is a timeline of the many conflicts we have seen our Nation go through. One of Dawson's hallmarks are the hidden pictures and messages in some of his pictures. You can visit Dawson's Bitter Sweet Gallery Site. There you can see many of his other pictures and if you choose to, even pick up a calendar or a painting.

One of my favorite images is an American Flag being repaired. Jack calls it "If My People". Below is picture. See if you can find some of the hidden pictures within it.

If you'd like to find out what you might have missed, take a look at the YouTube video by clicking on the link: Video about the If My People painting. The video talks about the hidden images and the meanings that can be gathered from this very special painting.

Visit Jack's Bitter Sweet Gallery Site and see some of of his other great paintings.

Yes, like Clarke Broome, Jack Dawson is a true patriot.
