I've known Clarke Broome for years and he is one of the most patriotic individuals I know.
Each year Clarke and his business associates put together an event that celebrates American Freedom, Free Enterprise and the real heroes today, those individuals serving in the Armed Forces. It is they who ensure that the United States remains a free country.
Clarke Broome, like Jack Dawson, is a true patriot.
While Jack & Clarke haven't met, I'm pretty sure that Clarke would like the values and the principles espoused by Dawson. You can see exactly what Dawson believes from his many paintings and drawings. Here's an example of the image Jack posted this past Memorial Day:
It's called "Reviewing the Troops". George Washington is saluting the troops of past and present wars. It is a timeline of the many conflicts we have seen our Nation go through. One of Dawson's hallmarks are the hidden pictures and messages in some of his pictures. You can visit Dawson's Bitter Sweet Gallery Site.
